Orders are usually cancelled after 7 days if it has not been picked up or no form of communication or response has been received. Pickup time is during our business hours. Please quote your order number when you come to the store. Please wait for confirmation email of the order being ‘ready for pickup’ before coming in-store to pickup. Stock is not guaranteed until we have reserved stock for you under your order number.
